Why Speed and Precision Matter for Nairobi Flower Delivery
Sending flowers in a fast-paced metropolis requires far more than putting stems into a bag and calling a courier. Nairobi's climate, dynamic road networks, and distinct neighborhood layouts present unique logistical challenges:
Temperature Sensitivity: Cut stems, particularly delicate garden roses, require rapid transit to prevent wilting under tropical afternoon heat.
Traffic Variability: Peak transit times across major arteries like Mbagathi Way, Lang'ata Road, and the Nairobi Expressway require localized routing experience.
Gated Community Access: High-income residential enclaves in Karen, Runda, and Muthaiga require professional couriers who understand neighborhood security protocols, gate clearances, and precise estate navigation.
By combining an in-house team of artisan florists with local express delivery networks, MJ Flowers ensures your arrangements transition from cold-storage floral tables directly to the recipient's hands in pristine condition.

Daily Order Cut-off Times: How Same-Day Shipping Works
To maintain exceptional floral design standards, every bouquet is hand-arranged fresh upon order confirmation. We never dispatch pre-assembled arrangements that have sat under warm display lighting.
Essential Timing Guidelines:
Same-Day Express Cut-off (4:00 PM EAT): Place your order online before 4:00 PM East Africa Time (UTC+3) for guaranteed same-day delivery across Nairobi.
Standard Processing & Dispatch: Once your order is placed, our florists spend 30 to 45 minutes selecting farm-fresh blooms, trimming stems, and wrapping your arrangement. Transit typically takes 60 to 120 minutes depending on your recipient's neighborhood.
Orders Placed After 4:00 PM: Orders submitted after the 4:00 PM cutoff are automatically scheduled for early morning dispatch the next business day.
Ordering from the Diaspora (USA, UK, Europe, UAE): If you are sending flowers to Nairobi from abroad, please note the time difference. For example, 4:00 PM EAT is 9:00 AM in New York (EDT) or 2:00 PM in London (BST). Ordering early in your morning ensures evening or afternoon delivery in Nairobi!
